As a Senior Software Engineer – AI, you will play a vital role in developing intelligent systems that power the next generation of expert solutions across legal, tax, risk, and compliance domains. In this role, you will be an embedded AI expert on the Contract Express team, advancing our document automation platform with cutting-edge AI capabilities.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer – AI, you will:
- Have solid, hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Possess a strong software engineering background, ideally with experience in practical MLOps / LLMOps practices (CI/CD for models, experiment tracking, monitoring, evaluation, and observability).
- Have experience working with large language models (LLMs) and/or NLP techniques, including integration of third-party AI platforms and services.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to make sound architectural decisions and to balance innovation with maintainability, security, and performance.
- Exhibit a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across disciplines and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
