We are a team of Physical Therapists reshaping healthcare for fitness athletes.
Refined Performance is a PT–owned, cash-based clinic helping fitness athletes move from injury to performance through expert care focusing on education, empowerment, and evidence- based practices.
The Role
We are seeking a full-time, Doctor of Physical Therapy to provide personalized care for our patients.
Treat and train in 60 minute, 1-on-1 sessions in a gym setting, giving you the ability to treat your patients the way you see fit by combining manual therapy, dry needling, and strength and conditioning.
Our goal is to not only give our patients the highest quality care and an unparalleled experience, but to provide elite PTs with the perfect job.
Prioritize your quality of life and eliminate burnout by fostering a caseload of 25-31 MOTIVATED patients per week, with flexibility and autonomy over your schedule.
Ideal Candidate
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Proper licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience with performance and rehabilitation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Unparalleled customer service mindset
- Personal Experience in CrossFit, Olympic Weight Lifting, Powerlifting is a plus
- Specialization or interest in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is a plus
