Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our online sales platforms, develop and execute e‑commerce strategies, and monitor key performance metrics to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns, identifying sales opportunities, optimizing customer experience on the platform, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong E-Commerce and Marketing skills with experience in managing online sales platforms and driving digital campaigns.
  • Proven Sales and Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for growth and development.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools, platforms, and analytics software is highly desirable.
  • Innovative thinking and problem‑solving abilities to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Experience in the health and wellness or supplement industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
