Headquartered in London with a global team, we have grown rapidly in the past 12 months, and we're now looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager to help shape how we tell our story and build our brand.
About the role
This is a key role in our marketing team. You'll own our brand voice, content strategy and day‐to‐day content execution, helping us position Refined as the go‐to partner for fashion and lifestyle brands expanding cross‐border on marketplaces. You'll work closely with our Demand Generation Manager and Business Development team to create content that builds awareness, supports campaigns, strengthens sales conversations and drives credibility in the market.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve our brand messaging, tone of voice, and look and feel, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop and manage the content strategy and editorial calendar
- Work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop new website content and sales materials
- Write and edit high‐quality content, including blogs, case studies, thought leadership pieces, sales collateral, website copy and social content
- Create high‐impact visuals to drive engagement
- Turn complex ecommerce, logistics and marketplace topics into clear, engaging content for our audience
- Work closely with Demand Generation to support campaigns with relevant content and assets
- Partner with Business Development and Senior Leadership to create sales‐enablement materials that support conversations with prospective brands
- Support awards, PR and partnership content where relevant
- Measure content performance and use insight to improve what we create and how we distribute it
What we're looking for
- 3-5+ years' experience creating content that drives pipeline in a B2B, SaaS or startup environment
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with a clear, direct style
- Design skills are extremely beneficial for end‐to‐end content execution
- A portfolio that demonstrates you can handle both strategic thought leadership and practical, conversion‐oriented copy
- Ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messaging for a senior audience
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with senior leadership
