Our end-to-end technology and logistics solution also enables D2C fulfilment for brand-owned e-commerce sites, improving customer experience while reducing operational costs. Following recent expansion into the US and EU—launching with Macy’s, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Zalando—we are now seeking a Digital Merchandiser with a focus on trading to support our continued global growth.

Our founders bring extensive experience in scaling brands internationally, supported by long-standing industry relationships, strong financial backing, advanced technology and deep in-house expertise.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, commercially focused Digital Trader or Merchandiser to drive growth for our brand and marketplace partners globally. In this leadership role, you will own key relationships, provide clear performance insight, identify opportunities and shape trading strategies to maximise long-term success. Candidates must be numerically strong, passionate about trading and confident working with diverse global partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned brands.
  • Support Business Development across the pipeline—including P&L input, launch planning and delivery, and post-launch buy strategy.
  • Make and support buying decisions across categories within defined P&L targets, ensuring marketplace requirements are built into brand buy plans.
  • Deliver strong in-season trading through replenishment management, range expansion, stock availability, trend analysis and pricing/promotional strategy, while safeguarding profitability.
  • Work with brands weekly to ensure stock flow and delivery targets are met, collaborating closely with Operations to reduce speed-to-market.
  • Protect profitability by guiding brands and hosts on off-price and clearance strategies.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities across the global Refined portfolio.
  • Build constructive relationships with marketplace partners, ensuring alignment on brand strategy and unlocking future growth potential.
  • Provide regular performance reviews for brands, marketplaces and internal stakeholders to ensure P&L objectives are met.
  • Work cross-functionally—especially with Business Development and Operations—to deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to enhance reporting and insight tools for brands and internal teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong, confident communicator able to build effective relationships with brands, marketplaces and internal teams.
  • Excellent Excel proficiency and experience with core Merchandising tools (e.g., WSSI, trading reports).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage promotions, margins and stock for multi-layered performance management.
  • Forecasting and planning experience to support confident, data-driven guidance for partners.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role demonstrating ownership of a product area or partnership.
  • Fluency in at least one additional European language (French, Spanish, German or Italian).
  • Experience in a multi-brand Merchandising or Digital Trading role.
  • Experience working with global marketplace partners, particularly in the US or EU.
