Our global 3PLs also provide D2C fulfilment capabilities for a brand’s own website, offering improved customer experiences with reduced operational costs. Headquartered in London with a global team, we have grown rapidly in the past 12 months, and we’re now looking for a commercially driven and highly organised Brand Partnerships & Buying Manager to support the growth of our brand portfolio.

About the role

Our new Brand Development Manager will sit at the intersection of sales, buying and account management, working closely with both internal teams and external brand partners to grow our network and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new brands, supporting product selection and buying decisions, and managing ongoing brand relationships.

  • New brand partnerships
    • Identify, pitch and onboard new brand partners aligned with Refined Networks’ growth strategy
    • Manage outbound outreach campaigns to prospective brands and follow up on warm and cold leads
    • Present Refined Networks’ services and value proposition, and negotiate commercial terms, pricing and partnership agreements
    • Build and track leads, pipelines and communications accurately in HubSpot CRM, using data and reporting to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion
  • Buying & product selection
    • Support buying decisions across categories, including product selection and range planning
    • Work with brands to curate assortments that align with performance, trends and customer demand
    • Monitor sell-through, performance and product feedback to inform future buying decisions
  • Brand management
    • Act as a key point of contact for assigned brand partners, maintaining strong ongoing relationships to drive long‑term growth
    • Work closely with internal teams across operations, marketing and account management to support brand launches, promotions and ongoing campaigns
    • Ensure brand assets, product data and positioning are consistent and up to standard
    • Share insights on brand needs, market trends and partnership opportunities

The ideal candidate

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting commercial opportunities and balancing strategy with execution.

  • Essential skills & experience
    • Experience in sales, buying, brand partnerships or account management
    • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
    • Confidence pitching to brands and senior stakeholders
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Desirable
    • Experience in retail, e‑commerce, marketplaces or brand networks
    • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
    • Experience in buying or merchandising with an understanding of product lifecycle, pricing and margin management
    • Fluency in French, German or Italian is preferred
