Refine Recruitment is seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Specialist for an 8-12 week contract with Essex County Council.
Location: Chelmsford (flexible working available)
IR35 Status: Inside
Duration: 8-12 weeks, potential for extension

Role Overview: As the Category and Supplier Relationship Specialist, you will work with stakeholders to drive benefits from strategic suppliers. You will lead the development of innovative category plans for complex, high-spend areas, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery for both ECC and its suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category and supplier relationship plans
