Salary: Β£47,472 - Β£55,850 per annum + benefits

Refine Recruitment has an exceptional opportunity for a Criminal and Enforcement Lawyer to join a prestigious public sector legal team in Chelmsford.

The Role:

  • Lead complex fraud and trading prosecutions
  • Manage criminal investigations and enforcement cases
  • Handle case management from pre-charge through to sentencing
  • Provide expert legal guidance on enforcement matters
  • Draft and serve formal enforcement notices

Required:

  • Qualified solicitor/barrister or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Current Law Society, Bar Standards Board or Cilex membership
  • 2 years PQE (will consider exceptional candidates with less)
  • Criminal investigation and prosecution experience
  • Strong enforcement case management background

27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
