The Role:
- Handle complex discrimination and unfair dismissal claims
- Manage TUPE processes and consultations
- Draft and negotiate settlement agreements
- Lead restructures and redundancy processes
- Provide expert employment law guidance
- Handle tribunal representations
Required:
- Current Law Society or Bar Standards Board membership
- 2 years PQE (will consider exceptional candidates with less)
- Strong employment tribunal experience
- Experience in TUPE and restructuring matters
- Commercial awareness with public sector understanding
