Responsibilities:

  • Client Advisory and Billable Expertise (~30%): Act as a trusted technology advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on complex challenges and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as an escalation point for technical issues. Support presales activities strategically aligned with client needs. Continuously develop expertise to anticipate future client problems, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Navigate hype cycles: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to leverage for competitive advantage. Coordinate regional market sensing activities and share insights with global peers and service line leaders. Participate in technology strategy creation.
  • Tech Radar and Telescope Reports: Share insights with analysis and research teams to add market context to reports.
  • Ecosystem activation: Implement technology strategies within our ecosystem. Engage with market partners through conferences, meetings, and media interactions. Represent Thoughtworks as a thought leader in the tech community. Contribute to brand building by promoting technical expertise and innovative solutions.
