As the Partner Business Development Manager for our Europe market, you'll be instrumental in leading and driving co-sell opportunities with Microsoft. You'll not only influence joint market strategies and work with influential sales leaders, but also deliver measurable growth through deep, hands-on co-selling of our industry service offerings.

Job responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver joint market development plans with Microsoft.
- Build direct, high-value relationships with partner sales executives and sales teams.
- Identify new opportunities, growth paths and accounts by leveraging partner channels.
- Scale our industry service offerings and execute targeted sales strategies to identify, validate, and close new business opportunities.
- Take accountability for business growth, revenue targets, and technology adoption metrics for co-developed industry offerings.
- Drive the integration of Thoughtworks Offerings into client-facing engagements and proposals.
- Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams across Thoughtworks.
- Mentor colleagues, foster internal talent, and help build our community.
Job qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in the cloud and AI ecosystem, including a practical understanding of architectures, services, and how technology partners go-to-market.
- The ability to build the foundational elements of this role and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop co-sell go-to-market strategies and offerings.
- Strong consultative sales and business acumen to position Thoughtworks as the leading technology partner for sales teams within our ecosystem.
- Advanced negotiation skills for structuring large, multi-partner engagements.
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies alongside partners.
- Exceptional client relationship development skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence C-level and two-below stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling for partnerships and enterprise offerings.
- Clear and confident communication, enabling you to convey technical vision and commercial value to any audience.
- Leadership presence to mentor others, drive collaboration, and set high standards.
Professional Skills:
- Demonstrable progressive experience in business development, technology consulting, or strategic alliance management.
- Demonstrable track record in a senior sales, channel, or alliance leadership role with a focus on driving co-sell motions and achieving joint success with ecosystem partners.
- Proven success in initiating, building, and growing C-level relationships within large enterprises and with experience in closing complex, multi-party deals.
- In-depth practical exposure to cloud and AI platforms and services pertinent to your success, including understanding their go-to-market strategies, partner programs, and how to leverage them for co-selling.
- A good understanding of the Microsoft services and knowledge of working with the Microsoft partnership and sales organisation.
- Be a good human being, with a hustler mentality.
