What is The Role
We are seeking a high-octane talent to lead and implement regional marketing programmes. Developing and delivering strategic field marketing initiatives that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and build our brand presence.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong B2B marketing background in the UK market, a deep knowledge of the buyer journey, and a proven track record of driving measurable impact through in-person and digital campaigns.
What You Will Be Doing
- Be responsible for field marketing execution, aligned with regional sales goals and marketing priorities.
- Plan and own a mix of demand generation programs, including customer events, executive roundtables, partner-led activations, industry conferences, roadshows, workshops, and webinars.
- Build positive relationships with management, sales and other internal teams to align marketing activities with pipeline goals, territory plans, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with global campaign, digital, and content teams to localize messaging and deliver multi-touch programs tailored to the UK buyer.
- Lead vendor relationships, agency partners, and event logistics from concept to post-event follow-up.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and marketing value.
- Drive customer advocacy efforts, including speaking opportunities, testimonials, and case studies.
- Maintain budget ownership and ensure efficient use of resources for maximum impact.
What You Bring
- 4-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a field or regional marketing role.
- Strong understanding of the UK business landscape and marketing trends.
- Experience in driving coordinated marketing campaigns and physical/digital events.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partners, and global marketing team members.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and data reporting tools.
- A tech or SaaS industry background is helpful.
- Willingness to travel within the UK as needed (~20–30%).
