Referment is working with a leading global financial services firm that is looking to hire a Tax Analyst to join their London-based finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified tax professional (ACCA/CTA) to take on a varied role, supporting both corporate and indirect tax processes within a high-performing finance function. You’ll work closely with a Senior Tax Analyst and gain broad exposure to tax compliance, provisioning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across the business.

Role

  • Support with all group business taxes (direct and indirect), strategy, and compliance.
  • Maintain a group-wide tax calendar and liaise with both internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely filings and payments.
  • Assist with tax provisioning, VAT compliance, and corporate tax processes.
  • Manage compliance records, tax accounts, and statutory deadlines.
  • Contribute to inter-company transfer pricing calculations and updates to policies.
  • Stay up to date with UK tax regulations and support in resolving tax-related queries.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related subject (minimum 2:1).
  • Part-qualified ACCA or CTA with a background in tax accounting.
  • Strong experience in corporate tax and a solid understanding of indirect tax.
  • Knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Prior experience within financial services or exposure to regulated environments is advantageous.
