Referment seeks an experienced MLRO to assume statutory responsibility for AML, CTF and sanctions compliance within its FCA-authorised entity. You will own the framework, engage with the Board and regulators, and configure screening, transaction monitoring and onboarding workflows yourself.
You'll move between investigations, platform configuration and communicating risk to senior stakeholders, embedding controls into new features with product and engineering teams.
