  • Leading end-to-end strategic transformation programmes across financial services
  • Designing and implementing complex Target Operating Models (TOMs) and governance frameworks
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Ex Co and senior client stakeholders
  • Managing multiple workstreams, teams, and complex delivery programmes
  • Driving business strategy and organizational design initiatives
  • Building and growing client relationships and accounts
  • Supporting business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Coaching and mentoring consultants and managers across the practice

  • 7+ years of experience within management consulting or financial services transformation
