- Translating data and analysis into actionable business recommendations

They are looking for someone with:
- 2‑5 years of core management consulting experience within Financial Services, ideally within a boutique or high‑growth environment
- A proven track record of broad business transformation delivery, with specific experience in strategic change, digital transformation, or automation projects
- Strong hands‑on experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and business process analysis
- A profile focused on front‑line consulting delivery and execution rather than PMO, governance, or administrative‑heavy roles
- A generalist management consulting background, with a focus on strategic and operational change rather than technical solutions delivery (such as CRM implementation or data engineering)
- A broad experience base across change and strategy rather than a narrow focus on regulatory change or financial crime
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders, including CEO and Executive Committee members
