This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious commercial lawyer looking to step away from the traditional private practice model whilst continuing to advise some of the world's most exciting high-growth businesses.

Working as an extension of your clients' in-house legal teams, you'll build long-term relationships with founders, leadership teams and scaling technology businesses across the UK, Europe and the US.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with innovative businesses across sectors including AI, B2B Saa S, health-tech, climate-tech, gaming, and consumer technology, becoming a trusted adviser on their day-to-day commercial legal needs.

  • UK-qualified Solicitor with approximately 3-8+ years' PQE
  • Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice or in-house
  • Deep experience advising technology, Saa S, or high-growth businesses, specifically within sectors such as AI, health-tech, climate-tech, gaming, or consumer-tech
  • For senior appointments, expertise in a specific commercial technology vertical with the ambition to build a practice in that area
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong client relationship management experience
  • Previous experience mentoring, supervising, or supporting the recruitment and integration of legal professionals
  • A commercial mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to client service
  • Someone who enjoys networking and business development and wants to help grow an exciting legal business
