Referment is looking for an experienced Bid Lead to drive winning bid strategies for high-value tenders within the UK construction sector. In this leadership role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in bid management, a proven track record with major contractors, and strong skills in strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement.
This position is based in our London office and requires a commitment to a 5-day work week.
