Referment is partnering with a rapidly expanding global RegTech provider that’s transforming how hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment managers manage their compliance, risk, and cybersecurity operations.
This is your chance to join a business with strong product-market fit, a loyal client base, and a high-performance culture — where top performers are earning upwards of £250,000.
You’ll be responsible for winning new business in the UK and EMEA markets, selling into compliance leaders, COOs, and risk managers across the buy-side. You’ll have all the tools, support, and training to hit the ground running.
On a day to day basis, you will be involved in the following:
- Prospect and qualify high-potential leads in financial services
- Run engaging product demos and manage full sales cycles
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape the go-to-market strategy
- Hit and exceed targets — and get rewarded for it
To be considered for the role, we are looking for proven sales performers, with the following experience:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or tech solutions preferred)
- A consistent record of smashing targets and closing deals
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Knowledge of the financial services sector is a bonus (but not essential)
- Self-starter mentality with a hunger to learn, earn, and grow
