Referment have partnered with a FinTech company based in Reading, to find a Sales Executive to sell their industry leading products in Financial Services companies in London and across Europe. Our client has recently received a multi-million pound investment and is looking to capitalise on this to gain market share in their niche.
The Sales Executive will be given a specific set of target accounts as well as a warm pipeline of companies in which to target. You will be supported by an internal SDR team that will do initial outreach and book meetings for you, enabling you to concentrate on demo'ing the solutions, managing processes and closing deals.
Other facets of the role will include:
- Being responsible for clearly articulating and communicating the unique value of our clients innovative solution to prospective clients.
- You’ll be expected to achieve annual sales targets while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- This is a full 360° sales role, where you’ll manage the entire sales cycle — from understanding the customer’s decision-making process and engaging prospects via phone, online, and in-person meetings, to maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts, delivering tailored solution presentations, developing and negotiating software licensing proposals, and closing deals efficiently.
- You will also take full ownership of CRM management, ensuring all activity and data are accurately recorded and up to date.
To be considered for this role, experience in the following is essential:
- At least 2 years' experience in a B2B SaaS role
- A track record in achieving sales targets and an ability to demonstrate this success
- Ideally an understanding of Financial Services or a keen desire to sell to Financial Institutions
- A confident manner and excellent communication skills
This is an immediate requirement from our client and candidates must be willing to work in their Reading office 3 days a week.
