Referment is partnering with a growing multi-brand business to find a creative and highly organised Social Media Manager to oversee and develop social media across a portfolio of brands. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-3 years’ experience in social media and content creation, particularly within a creative or fast-paced environment, who is looking to take on more ownership and variety.
The Role
- You’ll manage multiple social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, playing a key role in shaping each brand’s online presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing content calendars across multiple brands
- Creating engaging content including short-form video, photography, graphics, and written posts
- Conducting on-site content shoots with local clients
- Maintaining distinct brand voices and visual identities
- Managing community engagement (comments, messages, enquiries)
- Tracking performance and producing insight-led reports
- Supporting campaigns, promotions, and launches
Travel & Working Setup
This role involves regular local travel to client sites for content creation; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential requirements. The position is full-time (5 days per week) with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Candidates must be based within a sustainable 40-50 minute driving distance of Royal Tunbridge Wells. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants currently located in Kent, East Sussex, Brighton, or Lewes.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management and content creation is essential.
- A background in a creative, agency, or multi-brand environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Confident creating content across video, photography, and copy.
- Good understanding of analytics and performance tracking.
- A proactive, trend-aware mindset with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, or Buffer.
- Basic design or editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
