Referment is working exclusively with a highly respected construction and engineering business to hire a People Services Administrator to join their growing HR function at their London HQ.
This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-driven HR Administrator or Payroll Assistant who enjoys working with people data, systems, and processes in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate employee records within the HR system
- Preparing and validating HR data for payroll
- Producing contracts, letters, and employment documentation
- Managing employee lifecycle changes (onboarding, changes, leavers)
- Supporting HR reporting and data audits
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and care
- Responding to employee queries around policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Experienced in HR administration or people operations
- Comfortable working with HR systems / HRIS and payroll data
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with internal stakeholders
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
Experience with IRIS HR or payroll systems is a plus, but not essential for the right candidate.
