Referment is supporting a well-established organisation within the engineering and construction services sector that is looking to hire a People Business Partner on a part-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being close to the operation, building strong relationships across support teams, and driving meaningful cultural and organisational impact. This position is site-based near Canning Town, working 20 hours per week (ideally 5 mornings or 10:00–14:00). Some flexibility on the pattern of work can be discussed.
You’ll act as the primary HR partner for several central support functions (Finance, Legal, Procurement, Sustainability, MarComms and others). Your focus will be providing hands-on operational HR support while helping leaders shape workforce planning, performance, and culture.
