This role is ideally suited to a marketer who understands how construction, property or engineering businesses really operate — from projects and programmes to site teams, delivery partners, and clients — and can turn complex work into compelling stories.
As an employee-owned business (via an Employee Ownership Trust), Kilnbridge offers a culture where people are genuinely invested in the quality of their work and the long-term success of the business. Together, the group operates as “One Kilnbridge”, delivering integrated solutions on complex and iconic infrastructure, building, and clean energy projects across the UK.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Manager will operate within a centralised group marketing function, supporting four specialist operating businesses. - Client-facing and industry marketing materials
About You
- Proven experience operating at Marketing Manager level
- Experience within construction, engineering, property, infrastructure, or a related project-led technical sector is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in multi-stakeholder and multi-business environments
- Strong content creator with the ability to translate technical or project-based work into clear, engaging marketing outputs
- Confident engaging with engineers, project managers, surveyors, and senior leaders
- Organised, collaborative, and motivated by building something long-term, not just running campaigns
