Referment is partnering with a high-growth Management Consulting firm to hire a Marketing & Sales Enablement Executive to sit at the heart of their commercial engine.
This is a hands-on, highly visible internal role, ideal for someone who enjoys blending B2B marketing delivery with sales enablement, and who thrives in a consulting or professional services environment.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen brand presence, enable consultants, and arm the sales team with high-impact collateral.
Marketing & Brand
- Own LinkedIn activity (company & leadership profiles): content, campaigns, engagement analysis
- Deliver internal communications (newsletters, town halls, culture initiatives)
- Support events, creative assets, and brand collateral
- Manage website updates and digital content
Sales Enablement
- Create and refine pitches, proposals, brochures, and sales assets
- Build and maintain a central library of reusable sales materials
- Manage HubSpot for marketing and sales enablement workflows, reporting, and automation
- Support pre-sales requests and help turn project outcomes into compelling case studies
In order to be considered for the role, candidates must have the following experience, skills and exposure:
- Proven HubSpot experience (CRM & Marketing Hub)
- Internal experience within management consulting or professional services
- Strong B2B writing and content creation skills
- Experience supporting sales teams with proposals and collateral
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Additional Experience (not essential, looked upon favorably)
- SEO experience
- Familiarity with SharePoint / Teams, CMS platforms, or basic analytics
