Kilnbridge are keen to identify professionals who understand how construction businesses really operate, from bids and trade packages through to delivery on site.

A construction contractor, civil engineering business or EPCA main contractor or specialist subcontractor is required. Experience outside these sectors (e.g., FM, pure logistics, non-construction supply chain) is unlikely to be a fit for this role.

The Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining construction supply chain maps across key and non-key trade packages
  • Supporting strategic subcontractor and supplier selection
  • Creating and managing supply chain data on capability, capacity, compliance, and performance
  • Implementing and monitoring KPI and 360Β° supplier performance frameworks
  • Acting as a key interface between construction teams and the supply chain
  • Building long-term, performance-led relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Supporting safety, sustainability, innovation, and compliance objectives

Must-have Experience

  • Proven supply chain or procurement experience within construction, civil engineering or property
  • Strong understanding of trade packages, subcontractors, and construction procurement
  • Experience supporting pre-construction, bids, or early project stages

Ideal Background Includes

  • Main contractor or EPC environment
  • Infrastructure, civils, or complex construction projects
  • Data-led approach to supplier performance and decision-making
  • CIPS desirable but not essential. CSCS required.
