This role is ideal for a Senior Manager who balances strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to transformation delivery.
You’ll work directly with senior client stakeholders across banking, capital markets, asset & wealth management, and insurance, leading large-scale transformation initiatives spanning enterprise strategy, operating model design, operations, risk, and governance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end strategic transformation programmes across financial services
- Designing and implementing complex Target Operating Models (TOMs) and governance frameworks
- Acting as a trusted advisor to ExCo and senior client stakeholders
- Managing multiple workstreams, teams, and complex delivery programmes
- Driving business strategy and organizational design initiatives
- Building and growing client relationships and accounts
- Supporting business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
- Coaching and mentoring consultants and managers across the practice
They’re looking for someone with:
- 7+ years of experience within management consulting or financial services transformation
- A proven background within a top-tier management consultancy or Big 4 firm
- Extensive experience working within Tier 1 Investment Banking environments
- Deep expertise in Enterprise Strategy, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, and Governance
- A track record of leading complex business transformation rather than purely technical or digital implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in strategic advisory at the senior executive level
- A stable career history demonstrating a commitment to practice growth and long-term client impact
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proactive and disciplined approach to delivery
- High-caliber academic credentials, such as an MBA, or a background in military leadership is highly regarded
