This is an opportunity for an experienced consulting leader to join a high‐growth boutique environment where you'll have genuine influence over client engagements, business growth, and the future direction of the consulting practice.
You'll work directly with senior client stakeholders across banking, capital markets, asset & wealth management, and insurance, leading large‐scale transformation initiatives spanning strategy, operating model design, operations, risk, compliance, and technology‐enabled change.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end‐to‐end transformation programmes across financial services
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Managing multiple workstreams, teams, and complex delivery programmes
- Driving operational and strategic transformation initiatives
- Building and growing client relationships and accounts
- Supporting business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
- Coaching and mentoring consultants and managers across the practice
