What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting strategic transformation and operating model initiatives
- Analysing business processes, governance structures, and operational challenges
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Working across regulatory, operational, and technology‐enabled change programmes
- Translating data and analysis into actionable business recommendations
- Building senior stakeholder relationships across client organisations
- Supporting business development, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives

- 2–5 years' experience in consulting or transformation roles within financial services
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Experience working on TOM, business change, or transformation programmes
