This is an outbound-focused role where you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities within large enterprise accounts.

You'll work closely with senior salespeople across multiple regions, researching target organisations, engaging senior decision-makers and generating qualified meetings and opportunities.

This isn't a high-volume, scripted SDR environment.

You'll be selling a sophisticated technology proposition into large organisations, so you'll need to understand your target accounts, identify the right people and communicate a compelling reason for them to engage.

The Role

  • You'll Be Responsible For
  • Researching target organisations and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Prospecting into large enterprise accounts.
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Generating qualified meetings and opportunities for the wider sales team.
  • Using phone, email, Linked In and other channels to engage prospects.
  • Cold calling regularly as a core part of your outreach.
  • Developing tailored messaging for different industries, organisations and buyer personas.
  • Managing and developing your own pipeline of prospects.
  • Working closely with Sales Directors to develop account strategies.
  • Using CRM, sales intelligence and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your outreach.
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's technology, customers and target markets.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with around 3+ years' sales development experience selling B2B technology or software into enterprise organisations.

  • You'll Ideally Have
  • A successful track record within an SDR or BDR role.
  • Experience selling enterprise Saa S or technology solutions.
  • Experience prospecting into large or complex organisations.
  • Confidence cold calling and speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • A good understanding of modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve research, prospecting or sales productivity.
  • A competitive and results-focused approach.
  • The resilience and self-motivation required to succeed in an outbound sales environment.

Previous experience selling into financial services would be particularly relevant, although we’re also interested in people who have sold complex enterprise technology into other industries.

This could suit an experienced SDR, BDR, Enterprise SDR or Enterprise BDR looking to join a growing technology company and develop towards a closing sales position.
