Referment is working exclusively with a high-performing financial services management consulting firm to hire a Marketing & Sales Enablement Executive to support consultants, leadership, and sales teams from within the business. This role is not agency-side and not pure digital marketing. It is an internal, highly collaborative position, ideal for someone who has already worked inside a financial services management consultancy and understands how consultants sell, communicate, and engage clients.
Role suitability

- Is hands-on with HubSpot for campaign execution and enablement workflows
You will sit at the centre of the firm’s commercial engine, supporting everything from LinkedIn campaigns and internal communications to sales collateral and proposal enablement.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Executing marketing campaigns using HubSpot (CRM & Marketing Hub)
- Creating and maintaining sales enablement materials (pitch decks, proposals, brochures, case studies)
- Managing LinkedIn content for the firm and senior leaders, including performance tracking
- Delivering internal communications (newsletters, town halls, culture updates)
- Supporting events, webinars, and consultant-facing initiatives
- Building and maintaining a central library of sales and marketing assets
- Working closely with consultants, sales, and leadership on live opportunities
Essential Experience
- Proven experience within a financial services management consulting firm
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (campaign execution, workflows, reporting)
- Strong B2B writing and content skills
- Experience creating sales collateral and supporting pre-sales activity
- Comfortable working closely with consultants and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and proactive
