This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial corporate lawyer to step into a genuine leadership position, combining sophisticated legal work with team management, client ownership and commercial responsibility.

Unlike a traditional private practice role, you'll work as a trusted extension of your clients' leadership teams, advising innovative businesses across the UK, Europe and the US.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a fee-earning position. You'll lead an established Corporate team, shape its future growth and play a key role in the wider leadership of the business whilst continuing to advise on high-quality transactions. You'll have genuine ownership over your team's performance, people development and client relationships, with the autonomy to build something meaningful.

  • Commercial awareness and a growth mindset
  • A passion for mentoring and developing lawyers
