What We\’re Looking For
- Proven line management and leadership experience – inspiring and developing design teams is a must.
- A strong portfolio with relevant B2B design work. Financial services experience is preferred, but strong corporate design is essential.
- Evidence of print and digital work – especially editorial brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral. Digital examples like video and website assets are a bonus.
- 5+ years in a senior design role, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, and the latest design tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.
The Package
- £80,000 – £90,000 base salary plus bonus
- London office, hybrid working (min. 2 days per week in the office)
