This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2‑3 years’ experience in social media and content creation, particularly within a creative or fast‑paced environment, who is looking to take on more ownership and variety.
The Role
- You’ll manage multiple social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, playing a key role in shaping each brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and managing content calendars across multiple brands
- Creating engaging content including short‑form video, photography, graphics, and written posts
- Conducting on‑site content shoots with local clients
- Maintaining distinct brand voices and visual identities
- Managing community engagement (comments, messages, enquiries)
- Tracking performance and producing insight‑led reports
- Supporting campaigns, promotions, and launches
Travel therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential requirements. The position is full‑time (5 days per week) with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Candidates must be based within a short and sustainable commute of Royal Tunbridge Wells, ideally within a 30‑40 minute drive. Due to local traffic patterns, proximity is essential for this role. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants currently located in areas such as Tunbridge Wells, East Grinstead, Tonbridge, or surrounding parts of Kent and East Sussex.
What We’re Looking For
