Referment is working with a leading global energy and commodity trading firm undergoing a major transformation of its trading technology landscape. With trading hubs across the world, this company is at the forefront of physical and financial commodity markets, including oil, gas, LNG, power, emissions, metals, and more.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-impact project within their Front Office Technology team. You’ll play a critical role in the greenfield upgrade and integration of Openlink Endur v24 , the firm’s core CTRM platform, ensuring a smooth transition for Trading, Risk, Middle Office, and Operations users globally.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Trading Technology, owning delivery across analysis, coordination, and stakeholder engagement in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the integration of the new Openlink v24 CTRM platform
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical work
- Prioritise, size, and manage backlog items in collaboration with developers
- Deliver high-value, low-maintenance solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Act as a key point of contact between technology and the trading business
What We\’re Looking For
- 5+ years\’ experience in a commodity trading or financial services environment
- Proven exposure to Openlink Endur and CTRM implementations
- Deep understanding of commodity trading workflows and lifecycle
- Experience managing agile deliveries and tech transformation projects
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
