Referment is working with a fast‑growing boutique law firm that’s shaking up the traditional model of corporate legal services. They combine top‑tier deal experience with an in‑house, tech‑forward mindset, embedding themselves with some of the most ambitious companies across AI, fintech, defence, fashion, gaming, and more. They’re now looking for a UK‑qualified corporate lawyer (3–5+ PQE) to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to get real client exposure, autonomy, and progression while helping to shape a modern, entrepreneurial corporate practice.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on buy‑side and sell‑side M&A, as well as reorganisations
- Draft and negotiate SPAs, APAs, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents
- Work closely with senior colleagues and external consultants on high‑value deals
- Contribute to building smarter ways of working in a modern, tech‑enabled practice
What We’re Looking For
- UK‑qualified corporate lawyer, ideally 3–5+ PQE
- Solid M&A and corporate restructuring experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative approach, and a sense of humour
- Experience at an international law firm or boutique is a plus
