Base pay range
Referment is working with a fast-growing fintech business that provides data and software services to financial institutions. As their client base continues to grow, they’re now looking to hire a Client Data Operations Analyst to support onboarding, data operations and client delivery.
This role would suit someone early in their career who is keen to take responsibility, build real‑world experience, and work closely with customers and technology in a practical, hands‑on setting.
Our client is at an exciting stage, established enough to have real clients and real responsibility, but still small enough that individuals genuinely shape how things are done.

As a Client Data Operations Analyst, you’ll play a central role in ensuring client data is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose. You’ll support client onboarding, investigate issues, and configure data processing logic to make sure information is handled correctly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Working with large datasets
- Managing and validating client data
- Configuring data transformation workflows
- Supporting customers during onboarding and ongoing use
- Investigating and resolving data issues
- Supporting testing and documentation
- Contributing to process improvement as the team grows
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Strong in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
- Pays close attention to detail
- Can work independently and proactively
- Comfortable communicating with clients
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Experience in capital markets or financial operations is helpful, but not essential. Attitude, intellect and reliability matter more.
Our client is currently working remotely with weekly meetups in London, as they grow through 2026 this will increase to roughly two days per week, so you must live within a commutable distance to London.
