Base pay range

Referment has partnered with one of the UK\’s leading compliance consultancies that provide FCA Authorisation, compliance health checks and regulatory projects, to find a Senior Business Development Manager for their London office.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be reporting directly into the CRO and work closely with marketing and consultancy teams. You will develop relationships with companies across Financial Services to identify opportunities and cross-sell / up-sell where possible.
You will be given a target list of companies to prioritise, attend industry events and work closely with sales enablement to ensure that pipelines are managed effectively.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for sales people with the following experience:

  • Commercial experience in the financial services and Compliance industry
  • General knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements
  • Ideally experience working in a professional services / consultancy
  • A natural relationship builder with great communication skills
