Business Analyst - Trade Surveillance

They’re looking for a Business Analyst to join their London team—someone who can gather and define technical and functional requirements, while also playing a key role in shaping the future of AI integration in the RegTech space.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyse complex financial data to inform decisions and define requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specs
• Guide development teams and ensure solutions are implemented effectively
• Document business processes and technical requirements
• Support client onboarding, training, and UAT
• Participate in product strategy, training, and improvement discussions
• Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and fintech trends, especially around AI

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within FinTech
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, Outlook
• Familiarity with at least one programming language
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
