About the Role
We are seeking experienced Spray Painters with proven expertise in rail paint systems. This is a fast‑paced environment requiring high‑quality work and strong teamwork skills. Join a specialist team delivering precision spray painting on high‑end vehicles, ensuring flawless finishes that meet world‑class standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform smart repairs on both interior and exterior surfaces of rail vehicles.
- Work on or be familiar with a paint process.
- Deliver high‑quality finishes under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience with Topcoat paint systems.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Must operate through a Ltd company and hold valid Public Liability Insurance.
- This role is outside IR35.
Hours & Pay
- Monday - Friday: 06:30 – 18:30 (11.5 hrs paid) – £23.60 per hour
- Saturday - Sunday: (If required) £25.60 per hour
Additional Information
Contract is outside IR35. Candidates must have their own Ltd company and insurance.
