ReeVR are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our clients team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Quality Engineer, the Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring all incoming goods and finished products meet required standards and comply with drawings and processes.
As a Quality Inspector, you will carry out:
- Final Inspection
- Incoming Goods Inspection
- Verification of FAIRs/ISIRs
- Manage non-conformance reporting and support Lean/6S activity across the department.
You will also handle:
- Calibration processes
- Maintain quality documentation
- Work collaboratively with Quality, Purchasing and Materials teams.
This Quality Inspector role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, experience using measurement tools, and solid communication skills.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector (essential)
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles (preferred)
- Competent with measurement tools (vernier, gauges, multimeter, torque tools)
- Understanding of GD&T (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Office
