We're recruiting a TechnicalEstimator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Wembley.
What will you be doing as a Technical Estimator:
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing accurate quotations and working with pricing structures
- Understanding customer requirements and identifying suitable solutions
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve technical queries
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Supporting order processing and ensuring a smooth customer experience
What we're looking for in a Technical Estimator:
- Experience in customer service, internal sales or sales support
- Experience preparing quotations or working with pricing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience within manufacturing, engineering or technical products would be advantageous but is not essential.
