We are working with a highly specialised engineering and manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Leader to join the business in an exciting new Test Manager role, leading and shaping the test department. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing the testing of complex electromechanical systems, ensuring products meet stringent quality, safety, and performance standards before delivery.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Test Manager will take full responsibility for the test function, managing a team of 10. The role will play a key part in establishing best practices, improving processes, and driving performance across the department.
