Youll become a key part of a collaborative engineering environment, supporting projects from the initial concept through to successful delivery. Working alongside experienced professionals across engineering, commercial, procurement, contracts, and programme teams, youll play a vital role in developing solutions that support the future of aviation.

This is a varied engineering role where youll have exposure to the full project lifecycle. Youll combine technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills to create solutions that meet customer needs and deliver real value.

  • Support innovative aerospace solutions - help develop modification programmes that enhance aircraft capabilities and customer operations.
  • Work with global teams and customers - collaborate across multiple disciplines to bring complex projects to life.
  • Turn concepts into deliverable plans - create detailed proposals covering technical requirements, costs, schedules, risks, and delivery approach.
  • Make a visible impact - contribute to projects that support aircraft operators and the wider aviation industry.
  • Create technical work statements covering engineering activities, resources, materials, certification requirements, and project needs.
  • Develop cost estimates, pricing, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Support the transition of awarded projects into the delivery phase.
  • Occasionally travel domestically or internationally to support projects.

About You

Youre an experienced aerospace engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, collaborating with different teams, and seeing projects progress from an initial idea into reality.

  • Experience working on aerospace projects, modifications, or engineering solutions.
  • Knowledge of aerospace certification requirements and regulatory standards.
