We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Operations Team in Park Royal, London. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment with significant equity and excellent benefits.
What you’ll do:
- Lead all aspects of our inbound supply chain, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage stock planning and inventory control to maintain uninterrupted supply while optimising cash flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, delivering high standards expected from a Supply Chain Manager.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies to protect operations and customer experience.
- Oversee weekly ordering, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Drive key initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and performance of the supply chain.

- Experienced at running day-to-day supply chain operations while delivering longer-term projects and process improvements.
