We are working with an established electro-mechanical manufacturing company seeking a Quality Administrator to support documentation control and general administrative activities across quality and production functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update quality documentation packs, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Manage and organise document control systems, including version control and filing
  • Update and track lists, registers, and quality-related documentation packages
  • Support the preparation and administration of quality reports and records
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather and update required quality information
  • Provide general administrative support to the quality and production teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment supporting the quality department
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing documents, spreadsheets, and data records
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
