Stores & Logistics Coordinator
Full-time Early Friday Finish £25,000-£28,000 Benefits

Are you hands-on, organised and thrive in a busy environment? We’re looking for a Stores & Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing team known for quality and collaboration.
This isn’t just a warehouse role, you’ll be managing stock, supporting production, handling dispatch and working across teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
  • Process goods in/out using ERP systems and complete paperwork
  • Receive and check deliveries
  • Load/unload materials following safe manual handling
  • Prepare and cut materials to spec (full training provided)
  • Carry out stock checks and maintain system accuracy
  • Operate forklifts (training provided if needed)
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good computer skills and attention to detail
  • ERP or stock system experience required
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Clear communicator and team player
  • Forklift licence a bonus but not essential
  • Previous warehouse/logistics/admin experience required, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment

What’s On Offer:

  • £25,000 – £28,000 salary
  • Monday–Thursday: 07:00–16:00
  • Friday: 07:00–13:00 (early finish!)
