We’re recruiting for an experienced Production Engineer to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Eastbourne.
As a Production Engineer, you’ll be involved in:
- Supporting NPI and improving manufacturing processes
- Carrying out root cause analysis, 8D and RMA activities
- Troubleshooting production and manufacturing issues
- Creating and reviewing drawings, routes and BOMs
- Developing operating instructions and equipment specifications
- Identifying cost‑saving and process improvement opportunities
- Working closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency, quality and safety
We’re looking for a Production Engineer with proven engineering experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and experience using CAD software. A HNC or Degree in Engineering would be ideal.
This is a great opportunity for a Production Engineer who enjoys being hands‑on, solving problems and getting involved across the manufacturing process.
