Are you a hands‑on Production Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background? Looking for your next opportunity where you can make a real impact on manufacturing processes, quality and continuous improvement?


We’re recruiting for an experienced Production Engineer to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Eastbourne.


As a Production Engineer, you’ll be involved in:



  • Supporting NPI and improving manufacturing processes

  • Carrying out root cause analysis, 8D and RMA activities

  • Troubleshooting production and manufacturing issues

  • Creating and reviewing drawings, routes and BOMs

  • Developing operating instructions and equipment specifications

  • Identifying cost‑saving and process improvement opportunities

  • Working closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency, quality and safety


We’re looking for a Production Engineer with proven engineering experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and experience using CAD software. A HNC or Degree in Engineering would be ideal.


This is a great opportunity for a Production Engineer who enjoys being hands‑on, solving problems and getting involved across the manufacturing process.
