We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding engineering business seeking a hands-on leader to drive safety, quality and productivity across its manufacturing operation.

The Role

  • Lead and motivate a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement, Lean and 6S initiatives.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Logistics to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Develop, coach and support your team to maximise performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience supervising within an engineering or electromechanical manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and production KPIs.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems would be advantageous.
