We are seeking an experienced Site Lean Leader to join a leading manufacturing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Site Lean Leader to lead continuous improvement initiatives, drive operational excellence, and embed a culture of high-performing teams across the site. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, the successful Site Lean Leader will be responsible for delivering strategic improvement programmes, cost savings, and operational efficiencies while acting as the site's subject matter expert in Lean Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities for Site Lean Leader:

  • Lead all Lean and Continuous Improvement activities across the site.
  • Drive the deployment and maturity of High-Performing Teams (HPTs) across all functions.
  • Deliver measurable business improvements and cost savings through Lean Sigma projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead Business Continuity and Risk Management activities across the site.
  • Coach and develop Green Belts while supporting Kaizen and A3 problem-solving activities.
